i. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

ii. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

iii. Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

i. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

ii. Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Fees

i. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

ii. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount (as per offers).

iii. Expedited and overnight shipping options incur additional charges.


4. Shipping Restrictions

i. We currently ship within India Main Continent Only. 

ii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

iii. Certain items, such as oversized products or restricted materials, may have additional shipping limitations.


5. Order Tracking

i. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

ii. If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

i. Petzmart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

ii. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact the shipping carrier first.

iii. For further assistance, reach out to our customer service team.


7. Damaged Shipments

i. If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

ii. We will work with you to replace the damaged items or provide a refund as necessary.
