1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
i. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
ii. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
iii. The return request must be initiated within 05 days of receiving the product.
iv. Items purchased on clearance or as part of special promotions may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
i. Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements.
ii. Personalized or customized pet accessories.
iii. Pet beds, grooming products, and litter boxes that have been used.
iv. Chew toys and interactive toys that show signs of use.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

ii. Receive Return Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with instructions.
iii. Ship the Product – Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
iv. Inspection & Approval – Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product and process the refund accordingly.
4. Refund Policy
i. If the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
ii. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
